| Penerangan CU | The LPS standardized work operation is the competency in determining, defining, performing, and proposing reports for all LPS standardized work related activities. Standardized work is one of the most powerful tools to be used during LPS operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine Takt time requirement, define machine/ assembly capacity, perform time study activities, and propose Standardized Work Combination Table (SWCT). The outcome of this competency is to identify Takt time, and work sequence for future process optimization. |
