| Penerangan CU | The LPS change over Improvement is the competency in analysing, transferring, reducing, and performing reports for all LPS change over related activities. Change over is the process of converting a line or machine from running one product to another. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse current change over process, transfer online to offline process, reduce online process timing, and perform new change over standard process. The outcome of this competency is optimizing of model change time in manufacturing process. |
