| Penerangan CU | The basic Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is the competency in managing, Implementing, and validating reports for all LPS material flow related activities. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is to increase the productivity of plant and equipment with a modest investment in maintenance. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage initial cleaning and inspection activity, implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) kaizen, implement machine maintenance activity, and validate Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE). The outcome of this competency is to ensure the equipment performance is consistently maintained as per their requirement in order to gain high output. |
