| Penerangan CU | LPS operation management is a structured way of continuously identifying and solving problems in order to eliminate waste in the systems, processes, and work, which deliver value to customers. The process of ensuring and managing will be used to reduce costs (direct and support), reduce inventory, improve on-time delivery, and reduce time-to-market. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure visual management implementation, manage Genba activities and manage operation performance improvement. The outcome of this competency is management involved identifying and eliminating stagnation during adding activities in design, production, supply chain management and customer interface. |
