| Penerangan CU | The LPS supervisory functions are the competency in assessing, supervisory, conducting and monitor all LPS related activities. LPS Supervisory Function is the person who is responsible in train the employee in LPS technique and tools as per company rules and regulation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess Lean Production System (LPS) activities, supervise LPS operation, and conduct LPS Training. The outcome of this competency is to supervise and given trainings to the technician level and below based on company rules. |
