| Penerangan CU | Passenger boarding bridge (PBB) control system assessment is the competency which provides method or technique in implementing control system assessment, in order to maintain PBB availability and to meet airport operation requirements. The control system assessment is intended to prevent failure and wear & tear of the PBB components. The person who is competent in equipment control system assessment shall be able confirm health check satisfaction test, organise maintenance activities and produce a maintenance master plan. The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful process of control system assessment for PBB units with sufficient work listed in the master schedule as required in all airport organisations. It?s also to ensure work efficiency and safe airside area in accordance with IMS policy and regulations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) control system assessment shall be able to evaluate, troubleshoot defects and perform testing & commissioning of control system function in accordance with company policy and procedure. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- · Evaluate PBB control system performance · Assess PBB control component functionality & performance · Troubleshoot PBB control component defects · Rectify PBB control system defect findings · Perform PBB control system testing & commissioning · Verify PBB control system testing & commissioning |
