| Penerangan CU | Passenger boarding bridge (PBB) incident investigation is the competency in effective investigation techniques which are related to finding root causes of an incident and coming up with the solutions to prevent recurrence of the incident and ensure availability of the PBB system. The person who is competent in incident management shall be able to coordinate incident investigation and make safe work recommendations as required by OSHA rules and regulations. The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful investigations related to airside safety, security, injuries or accidents at airports as stipulated by OSHA regulations. |
