| Penerangan CU | Passenger boarding bridge administration function is to monitor the Integrated Management System (IMS), implement inventory control and control project implementation according to the standard competency in PBB operation and maintenance. IMS guidelines which comprise SHE and QMS requirements provide a comprehensive overview and description on how to develop, implement, and enforce the IMS. Inventory control and project control are to improve system performance and maintain PBB availability to meet airport operation requirements. The person who is competent in passenger boarding bridge administrative function shall be able maintain PBB IMS procedure and implementation, inventory system control and organise project implementation as per PBB master plan. The outcome of this competency is :- -To maintain and implement policies, procedure and guidelines of Quality Management System (QMS), General Practice (GP), Legal register, Environmental Management System (EMS) Objective, Target, Programme (OTP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) in accordance with organisation rules and regulations. -To enable/achieve successful process of inventory systems to up keep airport capabilities and efficiency. -To enable/achieve successful process of project management system for airport equipment. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) administrative function shall be able maintain the PBB Integrated Management System (IMS) procedure and implementation, inventories system control and organise project implementation as per PBB master plan. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- · Review PBB IMS policy and procedure requirements · Implement IMS policy and procedure awareness · Manage IMS improvement procedure · Analyse PBB operation and maintenance inventory · Organise PBB inventory audit · Evaluate PBB inventory status · Assess PBB project proposal submission · Implement PBB project · Verify PBB project procurement/document deliverable |
