| Penerangan CU | This project management competency unit describes the competency required when managing project. He or she is the person to carry out project implementation management especially on manpower management, scheduling, project costing and project testing on site or remote access. The person who is competent in project management shall be able to analyse project requirements, conduct project planning, manage Internet Protocol (IP) project implementation and report IP project management activities. The outcome of this competency is to produce skilled workforce which is able to manage project implementation in accordance with project specification, organisational requirements and standard operating procedures |
