| Penerangan CU | Internet Protocol IPv6 Address Configuration describes the competency required to identify the requirements for configuration, configure the device and then check the configuration is successful. IPv6 consists of a 128 bit address normally represented as a set of 16 hexadecimal digits, e.g. 2401:3400:10FE:7:2A0:5:47:D8. Generally we would also configure a related subnet mask and gateway. He or She is the person to carry out IPv6 address configuration on new and existing IPv6 network devices especially on network specifications, interconnection device identification and IP address identification configuration that have been installed on site or must be configured via remote access. The person who is competent in this IPv6 network devices address configuration shall be able to identify IPv6 network device configuration requirements, prepare IPv6 network address requirements, carry out network interconnection device selection, conduct IPv6 network devices configuration preparation and configuration, check and report on IPv6 network device configuration activities.
