| Penerangan CU | The Network Security Implementation competency unit describes the competency required when implementing network security. The person who is competent in this IPv4 network security implementation shall be able to identify network security requirements, prepare network security implementation requirements, carry out access security implementation, carry out network firewall configuration, carry out Access Control List (ACL) configuration, verify network security implementation & record network security implementation activities. He or She is the person to carry out network security implementation after the information installation is performed on site or remote access. The outcome of this competency is to produce skilled workforce which is able to implement network security according to network infrastructure, organisational requirements and standard operating procedures. |

To do this it is essential that equipment such as servers, switches, routers, etc. come from a variety of manufacturers and each individual has an allocation of time with each.
