| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Out Of Control Action Plan (OCAP) Development. He or She able to create and translate engineering contingency instruction into systematic documentation as a guideline and reference for wafer fabrication operation activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol; Identify the issue required for development or revision; Conduct brainstorming session; Identify potential solutions; Translate solution into action plan (flow chart); and Review proposed OCAP for approval. The outcome of this competency is to standardization of contingency activities execution in accordance with companys policy rules,regulation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). |
