| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Standard Operation Procedure Revision . He or She able to translate engineering instruction into systematic documentation as a guideline and reference for wafer fabrication operation activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol; Identify the procedure that will be introduced or obsolete; Document the changes to the correct spec ID and Propose the specification change for approval. The outcome of this competency is to standardization of activities execution in accordance with companys policy rules , regulation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This competency is limited to updating the OCAP documents. |
