The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol Identify event that requires non-standard recipe creation, Create non-standard recipe from following event (ILP, SERI or QRB), and Test run new created non-standard recipe.The outcome of this competency is to handle non standard activities in process recipe creation for wafer fabrication accordance standard SOP and customer requirement. |
