The person who is competent in Combined cycle power plant system local start-up shall be able to prepare combined-cycle power plant start-up, perform plant BOP start-up activities, plant auxiliary system start-up activities, GT start-up procedures and ST start-up activities The outcome of competency unit shall enable power plant start-up process is performed smoothly in accordance to National Load Dispatch requirement. |
