The person who is competent in coal-fired power plant system shutdown shall be able to prepare coal-fired power plant shut-down, perform power unit shutdown activities, plant auxiliary system shutdown activities and BOP shutdown activities The outcome of competency unit shall enable power plant system is safety shutdown according to coal-fired power plant shutdown instruction |
