It is a continuous monitoring of the project progression so that targets can be achieved within allocated project timeline. The person who is competent in Mechanical Construction Project Control shall be able to conduct project construction gap analysis, establish gap close up solution, conduct project progress meeting, carry out approved revise work plan and monitor project progress update. The outcome of this competency is control of mechanical construction project progression conducted effectively according to project control system requirements. |
