It requires monitoring of the quality standards criteria that need to be implemented for the project. The person who is competent in Mechanical Construction Project Control shall be able to identify quality requirement, conduct quality check, conduct quality test, prepare non-compliance report and resolve quality issues. The outcome of this competency is monitoring of the project deliverables conducted effectively in order to be in acceptable quality and satisfactory according to project quality control system requirements. |
