| Penerangan CU | Rail electrification accident & incident investigation is the fundamental administrative function to manage all rail electrification incident and investigations with the aim of preventing of reoccurrence of such incidents in future. It is to establish an Incident Investigation proceeding and prevention steps for the safety of staff and equipment in the daily rail electrification operations and maintenance activities. The person who is competent in rail electrification incident investigation shall be able to assess rail electrification accident & incident cause, perform accident & incident investigation, prepare accident & incident investigation reports. The outcome of this competency unit is to efficiently handle accident & incident as to ensure the rail system is safe and rail traction power supply and distributions are reliable at all time. |
