| Penerangan CU | Breathing gas is a mixture of gaseous chemical elements and compounds used to allow safer deep diving. The gases need to be correctly mixed to the required depth of diving and filled in the diver’s chamber, bell and other gas containers. The person who is competent in handling the breathing gas shall be able to use tools and equipment to prepare gases and mix them to the right mixture. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the gases are handled with safety and minimal wastage and ready to be mixed and charged as required. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure the gases are handled with safety and minimal wastage and ready to be mixed and charged as required. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Check quad gas content. • Carry out Gas connection work. • Carry out Gas charging work. • Prepare gas figure report. |
