Penerangan CU | Food and beverage handling is a competency to planning, preparing and serving the local traditional food such as nasi lemak, nasi dagang etc. according to Malaysia Homestay Registration and Tourism Ministry & Malaysian Culture guideline. The person who is competent in housekeeping and maintenance handling shall be able to prepare homestay daily menu, prepare homestay daily meal, carry out homestay daily meal serving and carry out cleaning and maintain meal equipment. The outcome of this competency is to be able to develop competent person in homestay food and beverage handling. |
