Penerangan CUCar rental customer service is to ensure above-and-beyond car rental services rendered to customer in accordance with establishment?s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and establishment?s policy. Quick response to customer enquiries and the arts of managing customer complain are critical in maintaining customer satisfaction.

The personnel who are competent in car rental customer service shall be able to identify car rental customer services requirements, handle customer special request, manage customer/ internal feedback, evaluate customer service effectiveness and report customer service activities.

The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in customer service management.
