| Penerangan CU | Vehicles, spare parts & accessories inventory control is to maintain optimum inventory to be able to meet its requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the financial figures in accordance with company?s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company?s policy. The personnel who are competent in inventory management shall be able to identify car rental inventory management requirements, plan car rental inventory management activities, manage stock take, perform inventory management and report car rental inventory management activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that items are available when they are needed and keeping track of existing inventory and its use. |
