The personnel who are competent in staff development & appraisal shall be able to identify staff development requirements, prepare department training plan, coordinate/ conduct actual training, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan, conduct staff performance appraisal and record staff development & appraisal activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company?s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). |
