Penerangan CUCar rental staff development and appraisal is an activity to develop competent manpower in accordance with establishment?s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description.

The personnel who are competent in staff development & appraisal shall be able to identify staff development requirements, prepare department training plan, coordinate/ conduct actual training, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan, conduct staff performance appraisal and record staff development & appraisal activities.

The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company?s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
