| Penerangan CU | Rail electrification training management is the fundamental administrative function to produce training program for subordinates as to enhance staff performance and competency in accordance with company’s training policy. The person who is competent in rail electrification training management shall be able to assess rail electrification performance gap, prepare rail electrification training needs, conduct rail electrification training programs, review rail electrification training performance and prepare rail electrification training appraisal. The outcome of this competency unit is to enhance rail electrification system operational efficiency which includes the training advancement for operational staff. |
