| Penerangan CU | Rail electrification financial management support is the fundamental administrative function to manage, procure and utilise the allocated budget according to the approved expenditure budget from management. It is to establish a financing proceeding to procure and managing the operational and capital expenditure. The person who is competent in rail electrification financial management support shall be able to perform rail electrification operation and maintenance costing, perform rail electrification procurement, manage rail and electrification budget. The outcome of this competency unit is to manage the procurement & supporting activities by complying with rail electrification budgetary requirements. |
