| Penerangan CU | Rail electrification project management is the fundamental administrative function to manage and organize efficiently based on the requirement, specification, budgetary and implementation plan of the project. It is to establish an enhanced way to monitor and control the project within the timeline agreed by stakeholders. The person who is competent in rail electrification project management shall be able to analyse approved project development requirement, prepare project development, perform project development monitoring, project development advancement assistance, monitor project completion, manage project development compliance. The outcome of this competency unit is the ability to manage project development in compliance with project specifications and company’s SOP. |
