A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine reinforcement preparation requirements, prepare equipment and materials, stress strand wire and perform housekeeping activities The outcome of this competency is secure and correct placement of strand wire in the mould, stressed at the required force value, prior to casting process. This will ensure production of quality products that can resist external loadings and cracks |
