| Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Site Coordination describes the competency in carrying site supervision and coordination works. A competent person in this CU shall be able to plan site inspection, organize site work, perform work on-site, monitor site work progress and prepare site report for the management. The outcome of this competency is to supervise and coordinate the delivery of work in accordance with agreed contract with the Client. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the detailed scope of works and required quality delivery as stipulated in the design and contract documentation. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies; i. able to communicate effectively with workers providing the services. ii. able to adapt to various site conditions. iii. able to deal with various types of Clients. |
