| Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Quality Assurance and Quality Control describes the competency in preparing quality document and carrying-out quality checking to meet the Client’s agreed requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare quality document, verify project specifications requirement, carryout progress inspection, record rejected items, monitor rectification works and perform handing over to the acceptance of the Client. The outcome of this competency is to monitor quality delivery of work in accordance with agreed contract with the Client. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the detailed scope of works and required quality delivery as stipulated in the design and contract documentation. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. able to understand work quality requirements. ii. must be strict in enforcing work quality deliverables. |
