| Penerangan CU | Manpower administration is an essential basis in the efficient supervision of personnel. Manpower planning means getting the right number and type of personnel to do the required tasks for the fulfilment of the goals and objectives. MEWP Manpower Administration CU describes the competency in planning and monitoring of manpower utilization for jobs / duties to be executed by the supervisor and his/her subordinates. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer daily MEWP operation activities, coordinate training for MEWP operation personnel, administer MEWP operation statutory compliance and assess subordinates’ performance and development plan The outcome of this competency is to ensure that manpower are properly and efficiently planned and monitored in accordance with job requirement, company policy and procedure. |
