| Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Innovation and Marketing describes the competency in carrying marketing activities for the growth of the business. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage advertisement promotion activities, conduct business placement, conduct business pricing, conduct business product and conduct business development. The outcome of this competency is to set-up strategies and execution of marketing plans in order to grow the interior decoration services business. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the requirements in each segment of the market and competitions in this industry. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. able to communicate effectively with potential Clients. ii. understand their need in interior decoration based on their experiences. iii. understand cultural sensitivities in promoting business product. |
