Penerangan CU | Coffee Bar Equipment And Beverage Calibration is crucial to ensure that the coffee bar equipment within café standards. It is important that the coffee bar equipment is being calibrated each day of use because appropriate adjustment to the equipment will help to produce consistent beverage quality. The personnel must ensure that the coffee shots are produced as per café beverage quality. The outcome of this competency is to prepare calibrated coffee bar equipment ready for daily coffee bar operation in accordance with equipment calibration requirements and café standard operating procedures. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to know the important aspects of coffee extraction knowledge and also have adequate knowledge and skills the café hygiene and food safety requirements as practiced by the industry. |
