| Penerangan CU | Draughtsman Supervision describes the competency in monitoring and supervising activities in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure. A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse draughtsman training program, carry out draughtsman training program, coordinate drawing work, prepare draughtsman performance monitoring report and prepare draughtsman appraisal report. The outcome of this competency is to supervise and monitoring subordinates in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be able to communicate well to their subordinate. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Civil and Structural Engineering Draughtsman Level 2. |

Prepare draughtsman performance monitoring report 5. Prepare draughtsman appraisal report |
