| Penerangan CU | Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Services Supervision describes the competency in planning, supervising technical and administration job and monitoring staff for GSE maintenance activities. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare team duty roster, plan equipment maintenance schedule, coordinate with stakeholder and evaluate staff performance. The outcome of this competency is to enable smooth supervision and administration of GSE maintenance services in accordance with company Standard operating Procedure , Human Resources Guideline and Job description.
