| Penerangan CU | Landscape Construction Costing Preparation describes the competency in preparing a cost for landscaping work that includes the cost of planting works and hard landscaping work. Primary considerations needed when developing a cost include the size of landscape work, scale of landscape work and site access. A competent person in this CU shall be able to execute construction expenditures, collect quality material samples, manage daily petty cash, and perform materials supply and equipment order cost control. The outcome of this competency is the ability to create cost-effective work a rounds suitable for landscape site by the contract specifications and Bill of Quantity. |
