Penerangan CU | Manpower administration is the interpretation and implementation of the policy set by an organisation and the process which provides an individual with the opportunity to clarify and resolve issues and shortcomings presented by their subordinates in the workplaces. This function is to be carried out in order to reduce the risk of burn-out, enhance work performance and increase job satisfaction. Person who is competent in this Competency Unit shall be able to Coordinate manpower requirements; Organise manpower works assignment/distribution, Supervise manufacturing work flow, Coordinate manpower skills development programs/ activities and Coordinate manpower performance appraisal requirements. The outcome of this Competency Unit is person that shall be able to provide excellent and quality LSF System manufacturing manpower administration in accordance with industry SOP and Organisation’s Policies, Rules and Regulations. |
