| Penerangan CU | Mechanical equipment reliability inspection describes the competency in administering of plant major and critical mechanical equipment assets operating condition through inspection and perform maintenance work to meet intended performance and life cycle of major critical equipment thus will safeguard the equipment integrity standard A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify periodic inspection program, collect equipment reliability data, administer periodic inspection activities, coordinate outsource inspection activities and produce inspection report The outcome of this competency is to ensure that equipment/parts are operated and maintained in such a way that they provide the desired performance in a safe, environmentally protected and reliable in accordance within the boundaries of the Process Safety Management (PSM) standard. |
