HSE compliance supervision ensures that these initiatives are integrated with day-to-day operations management. A competent person in this CU should able to prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), administer Permit to Work (PTW) requirements and JSA/JHA compliance, coordinate daily toolbox briefing, participate in safety walkabout, supervise mechanical group HSE implementation The outcome of this competency is to enforce the compliance of HSE aspects in accordance with legislative requirements |
