| Penerangan CU | Electrical Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervision describes the supervisory competency in controlling hazard, complying with legislative requirements, and creating a safe yet efficient working environment. HSE compliance supervision ensures that these initiatives are integrated with day-to-day operations management. A competent person in this CU should able to prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), administer Permit to Work (PTW) requirements and JSA/JHA compliance, coordinate daily toolbox briefing, participate in safety walkabout and supervise electrical group HSE implementation. The outcome of this competency is to enforce the compliance of HSE aspects in accordance with legislative requirements. |
