| Penerangan CU | Shipboard emergency situation handling describes the competency in dealing with crisis condition on board of a vessel. All emergency situations under the purview of company’s emergency handling policy must be responded and overcame accordingly as to safeguard company’s assets. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify shipboard emergency situation handling requirement, coordinate emergency support agencies and carry out emergency support operation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure emergency situation that occur on a ship is well coordinate in accordance with Emergency Response Plan (ERP). |
