| Penerangan CU | Building mechanical system optimization describes the competency in maintaining the equipment for air conditioning mechanical ventilation system (ACMV), fire detection system, elevators and escalators, plumbing equipment system and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) system in good and proper working conditions. A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine mechanical system requirements, assess mechanical system troubleshooting work requirement, monitor mechanical system troubleshooting work, propose mechanical system rectification work and evaluate maintained mechanical system performance The outcome of this competency is to ensure all mechanical system and equipment parameters are set in accordance with manufacturer’s manual, certification from regulator body, Department of Health and Safety requirements. |
