| Penerangan CU | Building civil & architectural works monitoring describes the competency in keeping the building surface finishing and architectural works and other facilities in proper working conditions and satisfactory continuous functioning A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine civil work requirements, assess civil work requirement, develop building civil work plan, generate civil work schedule and monitor civil work The outcome of this competency is to ensure building structure and premises is maintained in good conditions in accordance with Uniform Building By-Law (UBBL), local authority regulations and Department of Safety and Health guidelines. |
