Penerangan CU Mechanical turnaround (TA) management describes the competency in completing the TA activities and restore the reliability and integrity of the facility within the time frame as per management requirement
A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare the TA work list, prepare workpack document, assign workpack to responsible team, monitor TA activities and produce TA close out and post mortem reports

The outcome of this competency is restoring the asset base’s life cycle and ensure safe and efficient operations between TA events in accordance with the Job Method Statement and Plant Safety Requirement

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to restoring the asset base’s life cycle and ensure safe and efficient operations between TA events in accordance with the Job Method Statement and Plant Safety Requirement. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:-
1. Prepare TA work list
2. Prepare workpack document
3. Assign workpack to responsible team
4. Monitor TA activities
5. Produce TA close out and post mortem report
