A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare electrical equipment MOC requirement, coordinate electrical system MOC engineering program, monitor MOC work progress, verify MOC work done and produce electrical system report. The outcome of this competency is to transform the plant power supply system running effectively and efficiently in accordance with the plant’s operation requirement. |
