| Penerangan CU | Electrical resource management describes the competency in planning, mobilizating and optimizating either in-house or external resources for an efficient and effective plant management (electrical). A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify electrical resources requirement summary, asses electrical resource availability, prepare electrical work planning proposal, allocate resources to work list requirement and produce close-out report. The outcome of this competency is to ation and integration of activities and responsibilities to ensure that the resources of the plant are used most efficiently in pursuit of the specified objectives in accordance with work planning documents. |
