Penerangan CU Electrical expenditure management describes the competency in coordinating electrical budget requirement, controlling electrical expenditures and verifying periodic expenses.

A competent person in this CU shall be able to plan electrical operation cost, prepare electrical resources budget, monitor budget expenditure and produce electrical expenditure report.

The outcome of this competency is to produce sound electrical budget forecasts which will support organisational financial planning.
