Penerangan CU | Electrical human resource development management describes the competency in developing permanent staff, contract staff, hired manpower agency staff and/or contractor employee career progression for the benefit of the concerned individuals and organisation. A competent person in this CU shall be able to outline electrical personnel management plan, build teamwork amongst electrical personnel at work place, coordinate electrical personnel enhancement training, evaluate electrical personnel periodic performance and conduct electrical personnel performance appraisal. The outcome of this competency is to produce skillful and competent workers and create systematic upward mobility in the organisation in accordance with organisation human resources policy and guidelines. |
