A competent person in this CU should be able to implement electrical HSE requirements, monitor electrical HSE implementation, evaluate electrical HSE effectiveness and produce electrical HSE report. The outcome of this competency is to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all staff, clients and others by adopting a planned and systematic approach to the management of HSE. |
