| Penerangan CU | Building System and Equipment auditing describes the competency in evaluating the asset condition and due diligence of building system and equipment and to recommend solution for building system improvement A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine building system and equipment status, analyse building system auditing purpose, perform building system audit, analyse audit findings and recommend solutions for improvement The outcome of this competency is to ensure all systems and equipment is performing as per specified requirement in accordance with SOP, Audit guideline and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) guideline and comply to authority requirements |
